Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, and networking, and conducting market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

The Business Development

Associate will prepare and deliver clear presentations and proposals to prospective clients, support senior team members in client meetings and negotiations, and maintain accurate records of interactions and pipelines in CRM or reporting tools.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with service capabilities and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver effective Presentations tailored to client needs.

- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.

- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and client requirements for software and digital services.

- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and internal collaboration.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.

- Experience in IT services or software solutions sales is an advantage, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
