As a Business Development Associate , you will help students planning to study abroad find the right accommodation. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable housing options, and drive bookings while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels. •Understand students' accommodation preferences and recommend suitable housing options.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to booking confirmation.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families to provide a seamless experience.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and accommodation partners to ensure timely booking confirmations.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality metrics.
- Stay updated on international student accommodation trends and market offerings.

Preferred Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work from the Noida office and in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in EdTech, study abroad counselling, student accommodation, inside sales, or B2C sales.
- Prior experience handling international customers or education-related sales is an added advantage.
