About KabadCart

KabadCart is building a smarter, more organized, and sustainable recycling ecosystem by connecting customers with reliable collection partners. We are looking for a Field Operations Executive who can manage on-ground operations, onboard collection partners, and build strong relationships across Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new scrap collection partners across Jaipur.
- Explain KabadCart’s business model, services, and benefits to potential partners.
- Manage the complete partner onboarding process.
- Conduct field visits for partner acquisition, verification, onboarding, and support.
- Train and activate newly onboarded collection partners.
- Provide regular on-ground support to collection partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Monitor partner activity and ensure smooth day-to-day field operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Collect market feedback and share insights regarding customer and partner requirements.
- Achieve assigned partner acquisition and operational targets.
- Maintain accurate records and regular reports of field activities.

- Prior experience in field sales, field operations, business development, or partner acquisition is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with people on the field.
- Comfortable with regular field travel across Jaipur.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
