Role Description The Business Development Associate will work in office in Indore in a full-time capacity, supporting the growth of Internwave’s internship and training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and reaching out to potential institutional and corporate partners. The role involves presenting program offerings, delivering clear and engaging presentations, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.





The associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, track performance metrics, and ensure a high-quality experience for partners and learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and be comfortable creating and delivering Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to build and manage prospect pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities and be able to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant skills such as relationship management, negotiation, and basic CRM tool familiarity are beneficial.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or education technology is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
