Role Description The Business Development Associate role at Internview.in is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The associate will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with colleges, universities, and industry stakeholders, supporting the company’s growth and student outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to potential partners, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.





The role also involves tracking business development activities, contributing to strategic planning, and collaborating with colleagues to improve offerings and relationship management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to build and manage prospect pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills and be able to analyze trends, competition, and partner needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Robust relationship-building abilities, negotiation skills, and a goal-oriented mindset are preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or education services is an advantage.
