About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Tech Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. In this role,

you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and introducing them to Elcom Digital's technology solutions. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who possess excellent communication skills and a strong interest in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

● Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable IT and SaaS solutions.

● Conduct introductory product presentations and online demonstrations.

● Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

● Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

● Maintain accurate lead information and sales activities in the CRM system.

● Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.

● Build and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

● Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Elcom Digital's products and services.





● Consistently achieve lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

● 0–1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development

(Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

● Confidence in interacting with business decision-makers over calls, virtual meetings, and emails.

● Basic understanding of IT services, software, or SaaS solutions (training will be provided).

● Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

● Self-motivated, quick learner, and target-oriented.
