What You’ll Be Responsible ForSales & Business Development

- Handle outbound sales calls with customers in the UK market.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products or services.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve and consistently work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong customer relationships and create opportunities for repeat business.
- Handle customer objections confidently and use effective negotiation techniques to close sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert potential leads into customers.

Customer Engagement
- Deliver a professional, confident, and consultative sales experience.
- Build strong rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
- Identify customer pain points and present value-driven solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Nurture leads through regular and effective follow-ups.

CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
- Record calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
- Keep the sales pipeline updated and organized.
- Monitor individual performance and contribute towards overall team targets.

Quality & Compliance
- Follow established UK sales processes, company policies, and compliance guidelines.




- Maintain professionalism and quality standards during every customer interaction.
- Ensure customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
- Follow approved sales practices, scripts, and communication guidelines.

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with experience in International Sales, UK Sales, BPO, Telesales, or Customer Service will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a UK international shift.
