As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our academy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on promoting our digital marketing courses and services to individuals, businesses, and educational institutions.

- Identify Potential Clients: Research and identify potential clients in the local area and beyond who could benefit from our digital marketing training programs and services.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our academy’s offerings.
- Conduct Presentations: Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and webinars to showcase our courses and services to potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand the unique requirements of each client and tailor the best-suited solutions accordingly.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Reporting and Analysis: Keep track of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to the management team on the business development progress.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. – Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the education or training industry.

– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of our academy’s services to potential clients.

– Excellent networking and negotiation skills to build and maintain fruitful partnerships.

– Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

– Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and marketing purposes.

– Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and current trends will be an added advantage.
