Role Description The Business Analyst – SEO & Web Solutions is a full-time, in office role based in Kanpur. This role involves analyzing client business processes and requirements to translate them into effective SEO, web design, and digital marketing solutions. The person in this position will gather and document business requirements, collaborate with technical and marketing teams, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve website performance, user experience, and search visibility.

Daily tasks include interpreting analytics and performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders,



and supporting the planning and optimization of SEO and web solution strategies. The role also includes close communication with clients to clarify objectives, manage expectations, and ensure that delivered solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications for SEO and web solutions.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Candidates should possess Business Process and Business Requirements skills to map workflows, identify improvement areas, and define detailed, actionable requirements.
- Relevant experience with SEO concepts, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console), and basic understanding of web technologies is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work methodically, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, UX best practices, and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, or BI tools) is an advantage.
