Role Purpose We are seeking a highly experienced payments specialist to join ISO Transformation team as Business Analyst. This is a senior role accountable for driving the delivery of SWIFT, Business and Operational requirements around new products and changes.

This team operates across all our payment systems Cross Border / High value, Payments, Investigations, and post processing, and is a key partner to Operations, Product leads and Technology.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Own and prepare business functional requirements and the backlog and functional flows when required.
- Review of global requirements / Change Requests to assess validity and feasibility.
- Help in Backlog prioritization working with the Product Owner.
- Prepare user stories and conduct grooming sessions for IT team to ensure appropriate coverage and accuracy keeping in view the Business and Operational requirements.




- Attending product demos and to approve or challenge the solution appropriately on behalf of the PO, when required.
- Ensure changes are executed consistently across all global instances.
- Able to challenge requirements that are driven by local needs and suggest alternatives to make it globally relevant.
- Organise / participate meetings with key regional and technical stakeholders to review requirements and solution approaches.
- Own and drive mapping exercise for various payment or non-payment messages.
- Help in defect triage during UAT, PVT and provide support during Project go-live phase.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Good understanding of end-to-end functional payment flows.
- Positive understanding and knowledge of MT and ISO20022 message standards.
- Understanding of payment terminology like message types, payment flows, payment methods, clearing and settlement etc.
- Ability to handle communications to globally distributed internal users.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of requirement elicitation and documentations tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Ability to follow tech discussions at a high level.
