Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective communication throughout the engagement.

- Business Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements by working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Process Improvement:

Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and overall client experience.

- Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular client meetings, requirement discussions, status reviews, and performance meetings to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.

- Business &

- Data Analysis:

Analyze business data, performance metrics, and client feedback to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions and ensure successful implementation.

- Issue &

- Risk Management:

Identify, analyze, and resolve business and operational issues while proactively managing risks and escalations.

- Account &

- Business Growth:





Support account planning, client retention, renewal discussions, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client requirements.

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, dashboards, reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation for stakeholders.

- Client Advocacy: Represent the client’s requirements and business priorities in internal discussions, ensuring solutions are aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.

- Team Collaboration &

- Mentoring:

Work collaboratively with internal teams and provide guidance to junior team members on business analysis, client management, and process improvement practices.

Key Objective To understand and translate business requirements into actionable solutions, strengthen client relationships, improve service delivery, and support business growth through effective analysis, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.05 - ₹45,000.05 per month
