Key deliverables: 1. Manage product lifecycle for CRE and CMBS valuation and management solutions
- Develop detailed functional documentation and collaborate with business and technology teams
- Perform quantitative testing and validation of product features
- Provide expert support on product functionality to client stakeholders Role responsibilities: 1. Analyze commercial real estate valuation and cash flow models
- Use industry tools like INTEXcalc, Bloomberg, Markit, Trepp, and Yield Book for data analysis
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure product alignment with market needs
