Role Description The Business Advisor role at PSJ ADVISORY is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Business

Advisor will guide clients through U.S. business setup, including entity selection, compliance requirements, and coordination with internal legal, tax, and banking teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their business objectives, analyzing financial and operational information, and providing clear recommendations and action plans. The role involves preparing client-facing documentation, participating in review meetings, and ensuring timely completion of filings and compliance tasks.

Advisor will also support process improvements, contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team, and help maintain high standards of client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business, financial, and compliance data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to assess client needs, design solutions, and deliver structured advisory services.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate with global teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand basic accounting, tax concepts, and banking processes relevant to U.S. business setup.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced advisory environment, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain attention to detail.
