Job Summary

We are hiring both Junior and Senior Building Engineers to support and lead execution of large-scale high-rise and hospitality projects. Candidates will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site
- Manage materials, manpower,



and resources effectively
- Track progress and maintain site reports
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution

Experience Requirements

Junior Engineers:

- 3–5 years of experience in building construction
- Valuable understanding of RCC and finishing works
- Ability to handle site execution with guidance

Senior Engineers:

- 8–12 years of experience in high-rise / commercial / hotel projects
- Strong expertise in RCC, finishing, and site management
- Ability to independently handle project execution and lead teams

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-rise structures and basement construction
- Knowledge of construction planning and execution
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- Strong communication and team management skills
