ToT TRAINER Positions

Brick Mason (All Jobroles)

Job Purpose The ToT Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training to candidates in the assigned masonry job role. The trainer must provide practical and theoretical instruction related to construction work, masonry techniques, tools and equipment, workplace safety, quality standards, measurements, material handling, and industry practices. The trainer should ensure that trainees develop the required technical knowledge and practical skills for employment or self-employment in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct theory and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum and job-role requirements.
2. Demonstrate brick masonry, rural/rurak masonry, tiling, concrete masonry, or assistant masonry techniques as applicable.
3. Explain construction drawings, measurements, material requirements, tools, equipment, and work procedures.
4. Provide hands-on practical training and supervise trainees during practical activities.
5. Train candidates on construction-site safety, PPE usage, secure handling of tools and materials, and accident prevention.
6. Maintain training quality and follow the prescribed assessment and training standards.
7. Evaluate trainee performance through practical demonstrations, assignments, and regular assessments.
8. Maintain attendance, training records, practical assessment records, and other required documentation.
9. Guide trainees regarding workplace discipline, productivity, quality of work, and professional conduct.

Support candidates in developing industry-relevant skills and preparing them for employment opportunities.

Mandatory ToT Certification Requirement ToT (Training of Trainers) Certificate is MANDATORY for candidates applying for the Brick Mason (all job roles):

Candidates must possess a valid and relevant Resume & ToT Certificate for the respective job role. Candidates without the required ToT certification may not be considered for the ToT Trainer position.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

- Strong practical knowledge of the relevant masonry trade.
- Good communication and training-delivery skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations.
- Knowledge of construction-site safety and quality practices.
- Ability to manage and motivate trainees.
- Relevant industry/work experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
