About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Brand Manager to drive brand growth, campaigns, webinars, and new course launches. The ideal candidate should understand the EdTech audience, especially Gen Z, and be able to turn ideas into engaging campaigns and strong brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute brand campaigns across digital platforms.
- Own and manage webinars, events, and promotional campaigns from concept to execution.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for new course launches.
- Work closely with the Social Media, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Create campaign briefs, content directions, and creative requirements for internal teams.
- Coordinate with social media teams for campaign calendars, content, promotions, and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to develop creatives, reels, promotional videos, and other campaign assets.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify current trends and opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning, tone, and visual identity across all marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and launches are delivered on time.





Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.
- Experience in planning and executing webinars, events, and course/product launches.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with social media managers, graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Gen Z and digital-first audiences will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
