Role Description The Branch Manager – Tiles and Ceramics at MYTYLES.COM will oversee day-to-day branch operations at the Hyderabad on-site location in a full-time capacity. This role is responsible for managing showroom activities, supervising the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving branch sales targets.

The Branch

Manager will coordinate inventory and stock levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure accurate order processing and billing. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with retail customers, architects, interior designers,



and contractors, while tracking local market trends and competitor offerings.

Manager will prepare performance reports, implement company policies, support staff training, and collaborate with headquarters to execute marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong branch operations and retail management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Proven sales and customer relationship management abilities, ideally within tiles, ceramics, building materials, or home improvement sectors.
- Experience with stock management, showroom merchandising, and order-to-delivery coordination.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers, designers, and contractors effectively.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and POS/ERP systems used for billing, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage a diverse team, and handle fast-paced retail environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing a branch or large-format store is preferred; familiarity with tiles and ceramics is a robust advantage.
