Duties and Responsibilities

- Understanding the business requirements and developing dashboards based on the requirements
- Real-time data updation of the dashboards
- Generating business insights based on the historical data
- Creating strategies with an aim to improve business performance
- Having necessary knowledge of the business tools and software
- Ensuring data authenticity
- Providing raw data based on the business requirements




- Preparing the monthly decks for the business reviews with MD
- Inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth data flow
- Doing root cause analysis of the data present as per the requirements
- Ensuring automation of the data
- Collections resolution reporting
