Job Requirements

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and drive overall sales growth.
- Ensure superior customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels, fostering long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to the top twenty in-fold and out-of-fold customers to strengthen relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining the brand's reputation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of spare parts, maintaining optimal Min-Max inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Manage the branch's budget, ensuring effective cost control and profitability while meeting sales targets.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled, motivated sales team to drive business performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans for team development.
- Ensure strict adherence to dealership policies,



procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- Oversee the safety and security of the branch premises, staff, and assets, ensuring a safe working workplace.
- Provide regular reports on branch performance, activities, and sales progress to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Drive the utilization of Cummins tools and processes, including the Cummins Sales Process and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
