Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient patient experience. This role includes supervising front-office and support staff, managing schedules, coordinating with dental professionals, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The Branch

Manager monitors financial performance, assists with budgeting, and ensures proper handling of billing and patient records. They implement clinic policies, support compliance with healthcare regulations, and resolve operational or patient service issues. The role also involves local marketing initiatives, building community relationships,



and supporting staff development through coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff in a healthcare or service-oriented setting.
- Operational and administrative skills, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and clinic or office management.
- Patient service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a qualified, empathetic approach.
- Basic financial and reporting skills, such as managing budgets, tracking key performance indicators, and overseeing billing processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare or dental clinic processes and regulatory requirements, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with office software and practice management systems, and comfort working with digital records.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Perintalmanna, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
