Role Description The Branch Head role at Homcrafts is a full-time, in office position based in Bangalore Urban.

The Branch

Head will oversee daily branch operations, including managing interior projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This role involves supervising designers, supervisors, and engineers, providing direction, resolving operational issues, and maintaining quality standards across all ongoing projects.

Head will manage client relationships, conduct site visits, review designs and proposals, and ensure that customer expectations and budgets are met. The role also includes tracking branch performance, reporting to senior leadership, optimizing resource allocation,



and driving local business growth while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional staff such as designers, supervisors, and engineers.
- Operational and project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination for interior or construction projects.
- Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, handle escalations, and present proposals clearly.
- Business acumen and branch administration experience, including performance monitoring, budgeting, and basic financial oversight.
- Background in interiors, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field; prior experience in home interiors or fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with common office and project collaboration tools; familiarity with design or project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bangalore Urban, with flexibility to conduct regular site visits and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Management) or equivalent practical experience.
