Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and appraisal to evaluate loan applications.
- Review financial statements, industry trends, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and develop strategies for current business opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in credit underwriting or a related field (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, credit appraisal, and credit assessment principles.
- Proficiency in using Cibil software or similar tools for evaluating loan applications.
