Solutions is currently expanding operations and hiring for its banking process team. The organization values multilingual communication and is recruiting speakers of Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, and Malayalam to serve diverse customers.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BPO Caller role located in Visakhapatnam Rural. The BPO Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services, including customer inquiries, account-related information, and service requests.

Responsibilities include accurately recording customer details, following banking process guidelines, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information. The role involves resolving basic customer issues, escalating complex queries when needed, and meeting daily call targets and quality standards. The BPO Caller will also collaborate with team members and follow company procedures and compliance requirements.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills in one or more of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, or Malayalam.
- Candidates should possess customer service and interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and data entry skills, with the ability to update call records accurately and navigate CRM or call center software.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and time management skills to handle call volumes, resolve issues efficiently, and meet performance targets.
- Relevant experience in BPO, call center, or banking voice process is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Visakhapatnam Rural and be flexible with shift timings as per business requirements.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any discipline is an added benefit.
