Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Bottling Line Operator to operate and monitor the bottling line for alcoholic beverages. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring bottles are properly filled, capped, labelled, packed, and handled according to production, quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the alcoholic beverage bottling line and related machinery.
- Ensure bottles are properly positioned, filled, capped, labelled, and packed.
- Monitor filling levels, bottle quality, cap sealing, labels, and packaging.
- Check the bottling line regularly and report machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic adjustments.
- Maintain proper production speed while ensuring product quality.
- Identify and remove damaged, broken, incorrectly filled, or improperly labelled bottles.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the bottling and production area.
- Follow all company SOPs, production procedures, safety rules, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production and wastage records as required.
- Handle bottles, cartons, packaging materials, and finished products carefully.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor, Quality Control, and maintenance team.
- Follow proper safety procedures while working around machinery and alcohol products.
- Support loading, unloading,



and movement of materials within the bottling area when required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of bottling and packaging machinery.
- Ability to operate production-line equipment safely.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify bottle, filling, capping, labelling, and packaging defects.
- Basic understanding of production and quality-control procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Preferred Experience Experience in alcoholic beverages, breweries, distilleries, beverage manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or similar production environments will be an advantage.
