- Operate and monitor industrial boilers safely and efficiently.
- Handle boiler start-up, shutdown, pressure and temperature monitoring.
- Perform routine inspection, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor steam pressure, water level, fuel consumption and boiler parameters.
- Troubleshoot boiler-related mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct regular checks of pumps, valves, burners, gauges and safety devices.
- Maintain boiler logbooks, operating records and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with boiler safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth boiler operation.
Certification Requirement Candidates should preferably have a valid Boiler Attendant Certificate or relevant Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification, depending on the role and statutory requirement.
