Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder SCPO Techno-Functional Support Engineer with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfillment, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Control-M . The candidate will provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot application and data issues, perform RCA, and support supply chain planning processes including forecasting, replenishment, and allocation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Blue Yonder SCPO / Demand & Fulfillment applications.
- Understand and support supply chain planning processes such as forecasting, replenishment, and allocation.
- Perform functional issue triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
- Support process improvements, enhancements, and application changes.
- Analyze application and database issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, database, and Blue Yonder SaaS teams.
- Support upstream and downstream system integrations and data flows.

Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, queries, and interfaces.
- Perform SQL query and batch-job performance tuning.
- Analyze data to identify discrepancies and production issues.
- Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts.
- Monitor and troubleshoot batch processing and data-processing activities.
- Work with Control-M for job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support application integrations and data interfaces.

Production Support Responsibilities




- Work within an SLA-driven L2/L3 production support model.
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, and data flows.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution according to defined SLAs.
- Participate in production releases, testing, and post-release validation.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO / Demand & Fulfillment.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Supply Chain Planning.
- Mandatory: PL/SQL.
- Mandatory: Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
- Good knowledge of Control-M Job Scheduler.
- Experience in L2/L3 production support.
- Strong skills in SQL, data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of supply chain planning workflows and data models.
- Experience with application integrations and upstream/downstream data flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred / Desirable Skills

- Experience working with Blue Yonder SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning applications and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with performance optimization of database queries and batch processes.
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise production environments.
