Role Description The Bioinformatics Intern role is an on site internship position based in Hyderabad. Interns will contribute to computational workflows across different areas of AI driven drug discovery, including:

1. Testing and validating internal bioinformatics and computational biology tools
2. Developing and improving features for AI driven drug discovery workflows
3. Working on computational workflows involving proteins, small molecules, RNA, and synthetic chemistry
4. Analysing biological, chemical, and structural datasets to support research and product development
5. Supporting the development and testing of new computational methods and tools
6. Documenting workflows, analysing results,



and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of bioinformatics, computational biology, structural biology, or related fields
- Familiarity with biological databases, computational biology tools, and scientific data analysis
- Basic understanding of protein structure, molecular interactions, small molecule chemistry, RNA biology, or drug discovery concepts
- Exposure to computational methods such as molecular docking, molecular modelling, protein structure analysis, molecular dynamics, RNA structure analysis, cheminformatics, or related areas is desirable
- Basic understanding of synthetic chemistry concepts and chemical structures is an advantage
- Strong quantitative abilities with an interest in scientific data analysis and computational modelling
- Enrolled in or have completed a degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic programming skills in Python or R and familiarity with Linux or command line environments
- Robust problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new computational tools quickly
- Ability to document technical work clearly and interpret scientific results
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams across biology, chemistry, and computational science
