Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)

- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

- Basic interdisciplinary knowledge (Architecture, Structure, MEP).

- Developing models according to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client requirements.

- Ensuring compliance with company standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.

- Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.

- Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and assist quantity surveyors and project teams by extracting quantities from the BIM model.

- Inputting and managing asset data, specifications, and parameters.

- Maintaining object libraries and family components.





- Updating project databases with accurate information.

- Ensuring consistency between model data and project documents.

- Support clash detection and issue resolution processes.

- Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and execution plans.

- Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy.

- Model updates and issue tracking.

- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions.

- Team collaboration and punctuality.
