Role - BIM Modeller

Location - Dholera, Gujarat

Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to support the development, coordination, and quality of BIM models across engineering and construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring design accuracy, seamless collaboration, clash-free project execution, and adherence to BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support BIM implementation across project teams.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Create, maintain, and update BIM models.
- Perform model QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
- Run clash detection and maintain issue logs.
- Support design review and coordination meetings.
- Provide technical support and software training when required.

Key Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller.
- Proficiency in Revit, CADWorx, or Civil 3D.
- Strong hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage.
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and QA/QC.
- Solid communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on MEP projects.
- Knowledge of BIM automation, scripting, or batch programming.
- Experience supporting BIM coordination meetings.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and best practices.
- Experience delivering software training and user support.
