Job Title - BIM Lead

Location - Dholera, Gujarat (In office)

Role - Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive the successful implementation, coordination, and governance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across complex engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the BIM Subject Matter Expert, leading multidisciplinary teams, establishing BIM standards and workflows, ensuring model quality, and driving collaboration between design, engineering, and construction stakeholders. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management to support project delivery from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and adoption of BIM standards, processes, and best practices across projects.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless model integration and project delivery.
- Manage and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform model audits, QA/QC reviews, and ensure compliance with project and client BIM standards.
- Lead clash detection processes, monitor issue resolution, and maintain coordination logs and reports.
- Facilitate design review, coordination, and clash resolution meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and BIM software training to project teams.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical presentations related to BIM capabilities.




- Stay current with emerging BIM technologies, digital engineering trends, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in BIM with significant experience as a Senior BIM Modeler, BIM Coordinator, or BIM Lead.
- Proven expertise in BIM coordination, model management, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms:
- Revit
- CADWorx
- Civil 3D
- Strong hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage, including clash detection, rule creation, reporting, and model coordination.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and project execution methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot BIM software and user-related issues.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience generating coordination reports, dashboards, and project deliverables using Excel and other reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in MEP, industrial, semiconductor, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to BIM automation, scripting, batch processing, or digital engineering tools.
- Experience leading BIM teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and common industry best practices.
- Experience conducting BIM training and mentoring programs.
- Active participation in BIM user groups, technology forums, or industry communities.
- Familiarity with digital construction, BIM-enabled project controls, and integrated project delivery methodologies.
