- Develop And Implement BIM Strategies and Workflows for Architectural Projects.
- Collaborate With Design Teams to Create and Manage BIM Models Throughout the Project Lifecycle.
- Create Architectural Models Using BIM Software (E.G., Revit) And Ensure Accuracy and Completeness of Design Information.
- Coordinate With Other Disciplines to Integrate Architectural Designs into The Overall BIM Project Model
- Conduct Clash Detection and Resolve Design Conflicts to Enhance Coordination and Minimize Errors
- Data Extraction, Utilizing the BIM Model to Extract Data for Quantity Takeoffs
- Generate Architectural Construction Documents, Shop Drawings and Support the Creation of As-Built Documentation.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Advancements in BIM Technology and Methodologies.
- Collaborate With Project Managers and Team Members to Meet Project Deliverables and Deadlines.
- Ensure Adherence to Company/Project BIM Standards, Templates,
And Best Practices.
- Assist In Quality Control Processes and Provide Guidance to Junior Team Members, If Applicable.
