Core Responsibilities

- Operations & Production: Oversee continuous casting machine (CCM) output or warehouse storage, stacking, and safety protocols for metal billets.

- Sales & Business Development: Drive B2B industrial sales, manage key accounts, negotiate pricing, and expand the customer base for steel or aluminum billets.

- Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor dimensions, surface defects, and heat numbers, maintaining accurate ERP/SAP stock registers.

- Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate safe and timely loading onto transport, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and payment collections.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or a Master's in Business Administration (Sales/Marketing).

- Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience in metal manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial B2B sales management.

- Skills: Solid leadership, knowledge of metal grades, inventory software proficiency, and client relationship management.
