We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and identify relevant tenders on GeM, E-Procurement & N-Procurement portals.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents and bids.
- Support GeM product listing, bidding and order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and government departments.
- Maintain tender records, documents and compliance requirements.
- Assist with post-bid activities, work orders and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn tendering and government procurement processes.
- Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad.
