Role Description The Beauty Advisor – SIS Counter is a full time, on-site role based in Patna. The role involves welcoming customers to the counter, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories.

The Beauty

Advisor will demonstrate products, explain benefits and usage, and ensure high standards of customer service and grooming at all times. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets,



maintaining visual merchandising and stock levels, handling billing and basic documentation, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The role also requires staying updated on new launches, product features, and brand guidelines, while contributing to a positive, luxurious retail experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales abilities.
- Foundational knowledge in beauty and wellness domains such as Cosmetology and Skin Care.
- Solid Product Knowledge of skincare, bath and body, and fragrance items, with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly.
- Previous experience in beauty retail, hospitality, or luxury brand environments is preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced store environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
- Formal training or certification in cosmetology or skin care is an advantage but not mandatory.
