Role Objective:

To deliver a personalized and seamless in-store experience by assisting customers with skincare and haircare solutions, driving conversions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction at the Clinikally Experience Center.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their skincare/haircare concerns and recommend suitable products/services
- Provide basic product education and guide customers on usage, routines, and benefits
- Assist in converting consultations into product/service sales
- Coordinate with in-house dermatologists/experts for customer consultations when required
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle queries or concerns effectively




- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays as per brand guidelines
- Manage billing support and ensure accurate order processing
- Track daily walk-ins, conversions, and sales performance
- Support inventory management including stock checks and coordination for replenishment
- Stay updated with product knowledge, new launches, and ongoing promotions

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or retail sales (clinic/derma background is a plus)
- Positive understanding of skincare/haircare products and routines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and CRM tools is preferred
