Pre-sales experience of over 4-5 years

Techno-functional Solution designing experience (Automation and AI) of 5-7 years

Domain expertise: BFSI

Experience with international clients: US, EMEA, APAC

Budget: Not determined but can negotiate

Willing to work from the office

No specific shift; however, usually 11 am to 9 pm

5 Days working, 2 Rotational off

3) Quality and Process Excellence

- Identify and mentor Six Sigma & Lean projects, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.
- Lead business transformation initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for Automation, Optimization and implementing effective strategies, roadmap for execution.
- Conduct value stream mapping and process mapping exercises to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage large-scale transformation engagements, ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams and stakeholders (incl. Senior Leaders) & ensuring seamless execution
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence,

enhance customer satisfaction, and improve overall business performance, as aligned to organization goals.




- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, providing training, and encouraging employee engagement.
- Collaborate with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members on lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques.

Job Responsibilities (Desired)

- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their skilled growth.
- Contribute to the development of process excellence frameworks and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends (Tech & Non-tech).

Criteria

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree
- Extensive hands-on experience in process excellence,

Automation lifecycle and Transformation within the BPO industry,

preferably in the BFS segment

- Proficiency in DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma tools, techniques, and approaches
- Strong client-facing and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Criteria

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in complex transformation initiatives.
- Experience in managing automation projects and transformation portfolios

Shift timings: UK shift, but extension till midnight on certain days per the client's request

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
