Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, bar operations, and guest service, with the ability to deliver a premium hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Welcome guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and hospitality.
- Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and organization of the bar area.
- Maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Monitor inventory and support proper stock control and wastage management.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately as required.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and food & beverage safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and other F&B; departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques.




- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with hotel policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree / Certification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Bartending preferred.
- 25 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or premium bar.
- Solid knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
