Role Overview

We are looking for a Banking Trainer to deliver classroom and practical training to candidates preparing for entry-level careers in the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, customer service, and workplace practices, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

- Deliver classroom and activity-based training on banking, financial services, customer service, and basic financial products.
- Explain banking concepts, processes, and terminology using practical examples and real-world scenarios.
- Conduct role plays, mock customer interactions, group activities, and practical exercises.
- Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide individual feedback and coaching to improve trainees' knowledge, communication, and workplace readiness.

Training Preparation

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, activities, and other training materials.
- Keep training content aligned with current banking industry practices and employer expectations.
- Make sessions engaging, practical, and focused on employability.

Career & Placement Support





- Prepare candidates for interviews, customer-facing roles, and workplace expectations.
- Guide trainees on career opportunities in banking and financial services.
- Support placement activities by helping candidates become job-ready.

Requirements

- Graduate degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, customer service, sales, or training.
- Strong understanding of basic banking operations, financial products, and customer handling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing candidates.
- Fluency in Gujarati and English preferred.

Preferred

Prior experience as a Banking Trainer, BFSI Trainer, Banking Faculty, Relationship Manager, Customer Service Executive, or similar banking/financial services role.
