Cheer & Co. is a premium artisan baked goods brand in Bengaluru. We are looking for a Baker Supervisor to run our production floor day to day — and to grow with us as production grows.

What you will do

- Run the daily production plan - batch prep, baking, finishing, and packing.
- Keep every batch consistent and up to standard.
- Lead and train a small baking team.
- Maintain hygiene, FSSAI compliance, and daily production records.
- Manage ingredient stock and equipment on the floor.
- Support current product trials hands-on — test batches, notes, and feedback.

Who we are looking for

- 1–3 years in a bakery or professional kitchen, or a strong baking / culinary institute graduate.
- Strong baking fundamentals - you understand ingredients and technique, and can tell why a batch went wrong.
- Ready to lead a small team; prior supervisory experience is a plus, not a must.
- Disciplined, reliable, and process-minded.

Details

- Reports to: Head of Production.
- Six-day week, fixed schedule.
- Compensation as per experience.
