We are building a clean, developer-first experience where AI workloads can be spun up in minutes, with India-region infrastructure, INR billing, and reliable support. We’re looking for a Backend Engineer who wants to build the systems powering this experience.
What You'll Do
Build scalable and reliable backend services using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Design and develop robust REST APIs for managing AI workloads, infrastructure, users, and platform services.
Work with MySQL for database design, optimization, and data management.
Use Celery for asynchronous processing, background jobs, and workload orchestration.
Collaborate with the frontend team using React to deliver seamless product experiences.
Containerize and deploy backend services using Docker and Kubernetes.
Work with Amazon EC2 and AWS infrastructure to deploy and manage production workloads.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline.
Secure application credentials and sensitive configuration using AWS Secrets Manager.
Manage application domains, routing, and DNS using Amazon Route 53.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Contribute to the architecture and engineering of infrastructure supporting AI workloads.

What We're Looking For 2+ years of backend development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework
Good understanding of REST APIs, database architecture, and backend system design
Experience with MySQL and query optimization
Practical experience with Celery and asynchronous processing
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Hands-on exposure to AWS infrastructure and deployment
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
Ability to build systems that are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
