About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants &

- Cafés) segment. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales strategies for HORECA.
- Acquire new hotel, restaurant, café, caterer and institutional clients.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and meetings.
- Recommend suitable product solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.




- Coordinate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience

3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HORECA segment.

Experience in FMCG,

food & beverage, hospitality products, kitchen equipment, packaging, or hygiene products is preferred.

Skills

Strong B2B sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, CRM, MS Office, relationship management, willingness to travel.
