Role Description The B2B Sales Associate will work on-site in Indore in a full-time capacity, building and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients. This role involves identifying potential business partners, presenting PolicyX.com’s insurance aggregation solutions, and conducting product demonstrations and negotiations. The associate will follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing.

Daily tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, tracking pipeline progress,



and providing feedback from clients to help refine offerings and improve customer experience. The role also requires meeting defined sales targets, staying updated on insurance products and market trends, and representing PolicyX.com professionally at meetings and events.

Qualifications

- Strong B2B sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Basic understanding of insurance products (life, term, health) and willingness to deepen product and regulatory knowledge.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data tracking for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, financial services, or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate ethical, customer-centric behavior.
