Preferred Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Ayurvedic/Siddha Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, or Healthcare Management.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in a luxury wellness resort, Ayurvedic center, or high-end spa facility.
- Core Competency: Dual expertise in paramedic support for therapies and strong operational capabilities in managing wellness facility infrastructure.
- Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).
Role Details
- Designation: Main Coordinator – Integrated Wellness Center & Paramedic
- Location: Om Kalyanam Santhigiri Sanctuary (On-site)
- Type: Full-time Resident Role
- Accommodation: Luxury on-site 24-hour food and executive accommodation provided

- Salary Range: ₹23,000 to ₹35,000++ per month (Commensurate with experience and caliber)
- Guest & Doctor Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge of communication between doctors, therapists, and guests to ensure seamless execution of treatment plans.
- Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operations and immaculate maintenance of all wellness facilities, including Steam rooms, Saunas, Far-Infrared (UV) Saunas, Salt Rooms, and Locker areas.
- Therapist Scheduling: Manage daily therapist rosters, treatment room allocations, and therapy equipment preparation with zero delays.
- Treatment Room Hygiene: Ensure strict hygiene, room setup, oil/botanical supply management, and 5-star linen standards across all consultation and treatment suites.
- Guest Orientation: Welcome guests to the Integrated Wellness Center, orienting them regarding facility use, pre/post-therapy protocols, and safety guidelines.
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
- Solid paramedic training in Ayurveda, Siddha, or general patient care protocols.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities to manage schedules, facilities, and team workflows efficiently.
- Professional guest-handling skills suited for interacting with HNWIs, NRIs, and international visitors.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (working knowledge of South Indian languages like Malayalam is an added advantage).
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail and hygiene.
