Responsibilities

Identifying automation opportunities across RCM workflows Partnering with technology teams to deploy workflow tools, bots, AI, analytics, and rule-based automation Understanding EHR, practice management, clearinghouse, and payer portal workflows Experience with systems such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Meditech, or similar platforms is preferred Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for technology teams Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives using RPA, AI/ML, workflow orchestration, dashboards, and exception-based processing 5. Analytics and Performance Management The candidate must be highly data-driven and capable of using analytics to drive operational decisions.

Requirements include: Ability to define and monitor transformation KPIs Strong understanding of RCM dashboards and performance scorecards Experience analyzing AR trends, denial patterns, payer behavior, productivity, quality,



and financial leakage Ability to develop business cases, ROI models, and benefit tracking mechanisms Comfort working with large datasets and BI tools * Ability to convert data insights into actionable operational improvement plans 6.

Client and Stakeholder Management: The AVP must be able to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership. 7.

Program and Change Management: The candidate should have strong program management discipline and change leadership capability. 8.

Leadership and Team Development: The role requires robust leadership capability across direct and matrixed teams. 9.

Compliance and Risk Awareness: The candidate must understand the compliance-sensitive nature of healthcare RCM operations

Qualifications

15–22 years of experience in healthcare RCM, provider operations, consulting, transformation, or BPO services c. At least 12 years in leadership roles managing transformation, operations excellence, or large-scale RCM programs
