- Design and implement enterprise-wide business process orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM or equivalent workflow platforms.

- Develop and manage API-led integration architecture using API Gateways such as Kong, Apigee, WSO2, IBM API Connect, or similar platforms.

- Build scalable backend applications using microservices architecture with Java/Spring Boot or equivalent technologies.

- Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integration using messaging platforms such as IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, or similar.

- Develop RESTful APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and reusable integration components for internal and external consumers.

- Build enterprise journey orchestration solutions across customer onboarding, servicing, payments, lending, collections, and digital banking journeys.

- Design secure APIs with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Mutual TLS, and API security best practices.

- Work extensively with JSON, XML, ISO 8583/ISO 20022 message formats and enterprise integration standards.

- Integrate enterprise applications including Core Banking, Card Management Systems, CRM, LOS, Payment Switches, AML, KYC, Credit Bureau, and third-party fintech platforms.

- Collaborate with business, product, architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

- Prepare solution architecture,



technical design documents, API specifications, and integration standards.

- Ensure application performance, resiliency, observability, and production readiness.

- Mentor development teams on enterprise integration patterns, orchestration frameworks, and coding standards.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

- Manages partner on-boarding. Oversees operational and technology integration

- Partner management. Track and evaluate performance of current alliances against business model projections and determine actions

- Lead the development in IT with vendors and processes to maximize ROI from partner channels

- Good understanding of digital ecosystems and technology (in payments and/or financial services is preferred)

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment and accomplish tasks with self-direction

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Meet established deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in any of the following technologies will be an added advantage

- IBM Integration Bus, Kafka, Java, WebSphere MQ.

- Web Service (SOAP & REST), Middleware /API governance using IBM Integration Bus, WebSphere Message Broker
