Role Description The Automotive Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Ford Car Dealership location in Guwahati. This role oversees the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling and managing repair and maintenance work, supervising service advisors and technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow.

The Service

Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturer guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers to explain service needs and costs, resolving escalated service issues, coordinating parts availability, and implementing processes that enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves training team members, maintaining service records,

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Automotive and Vehicle Maintenance skills, with experience diagnosing and overseeing repair and service work for a range of vehicles, preferably Ford.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to manage expectations, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, technicians, and management.
