About the Role

Magenta IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a curious and motivated AI Automation Intern who is interested in Artificial Intelligence, workflow automation, AI agents, APIs, and business process automation.

The selected candidate will get practical exposure to real-world AI automation projects and work with up-to-date AI tools and automation platforms under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered automation workflows.
- Research and test new AI tools and automation technologies.
- Build and test automated business workflows.
- Work with AI chatbots, AI agents, and conversational automation.
- Assist with WhatsApp and CRM automation projects.
- Create and improve prompts for AI models.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Assist in connecting different business applications through automation.
- Test automation workflows and troubleshoot errors.
- Document workflows, processes, and automation solutions.
- Support the team in developing AI-powered solutions for real client requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and industry trends.
