About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Automation Manager to lead automation and digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform, AI and GenAI technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with project delivery, team leadership, client management and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be responsible for driving automation initiatives end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and gathering requirements to solution delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end automation projects from requirement gathering, solution design and development through deployment and delivery.
- Drive automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and AI/GenAI technologies.
- Identify business processes and opportunities for automation, optimization and intelligent transformation.
- Manage, mentor and develop the automation team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Own project timelines, deliverables, quality, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and effective project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging AI, GenAI and Microsoft automation technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them in business processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in automation, digital transformation, intelligent automation, or a related technology domain.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Good understanding of AI / GenAI applications and automation use cases.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and delivery timelines.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
