Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Process Assessment: Evaluate manual business processes to determine automation feasibility and ROI.
- Documentation: Author Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) outlining exact technical workflows.
- Architecture Planning: Define the deployment strategy, identifying required infrastructure, bot licenses, and security protocols.

Development & Implementation

- Bot Construction: Develop complex attended, unattended, and hybrid bots using the Automation 360 (A360) platform.
- Cognitive Automation: Train and deploy Document Automation (formerly IQ Bot) models to extract unstructured data from PDFs and scanned documents.
- Human-in-the-Loop: Build Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface (AARI) forms to allow seamless interaction between human workers and digital bots.
- Custom Scripting: Write inline Python, JavaScript, or VBScript code blocks within A360 to handle edge cases that native actions cannot process.

Testing & Deployment

- Testing Protocols: Conduct rigorous Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Control Room Management: Package and deploy bots through the Automation Anywhere Control Room across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
- Error Handling: Implement global exception handling frameworks to ensure bots fail safely and alert administrators with detailed logs.

Maintenance & Optimization

- Production Support: Monitor live digital workforces, troubleshoot runtime errors, and resolve data-driven bot exceptions.
- Code Optimization: Refactor existing code to reduce execution runtime, optimize memory usage, and lower API API consumption.

Technical Skill Matrix

- Control Room Administration: Configuring User Vaults, lockers, Device Pools, Workload Queues (WLM), SLA definitions, and scheduling.
- Core Package Utilization: Advanced manipulation of Excel Advanced, Loop, Terminal Emulator, Files/Folders, XML,



and Window Actions.
- Recorder Mastery: Fine-tuning Object Cloning, Universal Recorder, and Image Recognition capturing across complex UI frameworks (Java, SAP, Citrix, Silverlight).
- Security & Governance: Implementation of the Credential Vault, secure handling of attributes, OAuth 2.0 integration, and audit trail analysis.

- Document Automation (IQ Bot): Designing, training, and deploying learning instances; defining extraction fields; continuous training using validator logs.
- AARI (Robotic Interface): Designing interactive multi-step forms, user steps, and bot steps to embed digital assistants into human desktop workflows.
- Process Discovery: Leveraging Automation Anywhere Discovery Bot to ingest user recordings, analyze process variants, and automatically generate skeleton PDDs.

- Python / JavaScript Integration: Writing clean, inline scripts executed via Python or JavaScript packages to handle complex data manipulation or math arrays.
- VBScript & Macros: Creating and invoking VBScript modules for background legacy Excel manipulation and Windows shell script tasks.
- Regular Expressions (RegEx): Constructing advanced parsing string expressions to extract specific patterns from unstructured text or email bodies.

- Database Programming: Crafting transactional ANSI-SQL queries, executing stored procedures, handling connection strings, and processing Database Datasets.
- API Consumption: Orchestrating REST and SOAP web services, managing API authentication tokens, and parsing nested JSON or XML payloads.
- Web Elements (DOM): Deep understanding of HTML structures, XPaths, and CSS Selectors to manually repair broken web element capture paths.

- Exception & Logging Lifecycle: Designing global multi-tier error catching modules (Try-Catch-Finally) paired with automated screenshot captures and log ingestion.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Operating Control Room Git integrations, checking code in/out, handling package dependency versions, and staging code across Dev/QA/Prod. -
