Position: Assistant Project Manager – Residential Interiors

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Project Manager to handle residential interior projects and ensure smooth execution from the initial site stage through final handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong site execution, team coordination, client handling, and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of project activities and deliver work within the planned timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise residential interior projects from site initiation to final handover.
- Study work orders, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and monitor project execution schedules.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify site conditions before execution.
- Coordinate and verify electrical, plumbing, gas, and other service points.
- Plan and assign daily activities to installation teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Logistics, Procurement, Vendors, and Installation Teams.
- Ensure required materials, manpower, tools, and resources are available at the site.
- Verify materials received at site against the work order and material checklist.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure execution as per approved drawings and company quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and track project progress.
- Identify site-level issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
- Prepare and share regular project progress updates with the management.




- Maintain professional communication and strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and resolve site-related concerns effectively.
- Coordinate part-payment and final-payment collection as per project milestones.
- Conduct final quality checks and ensure all pending/snag works are completed.
- Coordinate project handover and ensure proper closure of the project.
- Collect Customer Satisfaction Reports, Google Reviews, and Facebook Reviews after successful project completion.

Eligibility & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Residential Interiors / Modular Interiors / Fit-Out Project Execution.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in residential interior site execution will be preferred.
- Good understanding of drawings, measurements, materials, and installation processes.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable managing multiple site activities simultaneously.
